The Browns enter the 2026 fantasy season as a team with real upside, but also real uncertainty, especially at quarterback. Todd Monken takes over as head coach, and Cleveland’s offense is built around youth and volume, but the quarterback room is still unsettled with Deshaun Watson, Shedeur Sanders, and Dillon Gabriel all in the mix, which keeps the overall passing projection shaky. That instability is the main reason the Browns are more interesting as a source of individual fantasy picks than as a unit you can confidently lean on every week.

Quinshon Judkins is the clearest back to target in Cleveland and profiles as the lead runner, with reports describing him as the Browns’ RB1 and noting that he is expected to be full go for training camp after last season’s ankle and fibula injury. Even with that positive health update, the Browns’ backfield is crowded enough that Dylan Sampson remains more of a rotational or handcuff option than a standalone starter in most leagues. If Judkins stays healthy, he has the best chance on the roster to deliver consistent fantasy value, especially because the Browns should still lean on the run while sorting out quarterback play.

At receiver, Jerry Jeudy still opens the year as the top established wideout, but he is not a locked-in fantasy difference-maker because the offense could remain inconsistent and the target competition is growing. The most interesting upside play is KC Concepcion, who was added as part of Cleveland’s youth movement and could benefit if Jeudy misses time or simply doesn’t command a massive share of the passing game. Denzel Boston also adds another layer of depth, but for fantasy purposes he looks more like a stash than a reliable weekly starter unless the offense takes a major step forward.

Tight end is where Cleveland may offer its best value, because Harold Fannin enters 2026 with a strong case for a significant target bump after David Njoku’s departure from the roster. Multiple previews have Fannin ranked as a midrange TE1 or better, and that makes him one of the Browns’ most appealing draft targets if you wait on the position. The overall fantasy read on Cleveland is straightforward: Judkins and Fannin are the safest bets, Jeudy is a volume-based WR option with limited ceiling, and the quarterback situation is the biggest obstacle to turning this offense into a weekly fantasy goldmine.
