Los Angeles Rams

The Rams enter 2026 as one of the NFL’s most fantasy-friendly teams, with Sean McVay’s offense expected to stay aggressive and productive after leading the league in scoring in 2025. Matthew Stafford remains the steady engine, Puka Nacua is still the headline receiver to target early, and Davante Adams gives the team another high-end passing-game weapon, even if some regression is expected for his fantasy ceiling compared with last year.

At quarterback, Stafford is still being treated as a strong fantasy starter, especially in formats that reward touchdowns and passing volume, and the presence of Ty Simpson as the quarterback of the future does not appear to threaten Stafford’s 2026 role. Nacua remains the clear top target and a first-round fantasy cornerstone, while Adams profiles as a useful but slightly lower-end WR2/WR3 than Nacua because the offense has enough weapons to spread the ball around.

The biggest backfield question is Kyren Williams, who is still the lead runner but may face more competition from Blake Corum than fantasy managers would like. Corum is the clear handcuff and one of the better late-round lottery tickets if Williams misses time, while Jarquez Hunter is more of a depth stash than a reliable redraft option. That makes Williams valuable, but probably not quite the locked-in workhorse fantasy managers hoped for a year ago, especially if the Rams lean into a deeper rotation.

Tight end remains more speculative, with Terrance Ferguson emerging as the most intriguing upside play but still not a sure weekly starter in redraft leagues. The bigger story for the Rams overall is that their offense should stay high-volume, while the defense has improved enough with additions like Myles Garrett, Trent McDuffie, and Jaylen Watson to keep the team in a strong win environment and likely support plenty of scoring chances. In fantasy terms, that means the Rams are still a team to attack early for Nacua, Stafford, and Williams, while treating Adams, Corum, and the tight ends as valuable but less certain pieces.
